Han is a shinobi from Iwagakure who became the Jinchuuriki for the Five Tails, Kokuou. The primary change occurs in the cardiovascular system. These changes have been observed to be permanent, not reversing once the user exits Octopus Sage Mode. Upon first entering Octopus Sage Mode the user undergoes physiological changes to become more octopus-like. Octopus Sage Mode is a form of Sage Mode that is taught by the Octopuses of Myōkuroidōkutsu. A prerequisite to being able to use senjutsu is that the user must have a large reservoir of chakra themselves in order to manipulate the natural energy.
